Required for All Food Vendors!

All food vendors are responsible for meeting San Diego County
Health Department regulations and must be prepared for inspection.

Vendor Space Fees & Requirements


This is a Two Day Event
 

General Vendor, Including Pre-Packaged Food, $110.

General Non-Profit, $50
Non-Profit Animal Rescue Organizations,  N/C
Food Vendors, % of Sales

There are no refunds due to inclement weather or acts of nature. 



Vendor / Space Requirements

 

This is an outdoor event on grass, all spaces are 10x10ish. Please provide your own setup. All vendors are required to be inside a tent or canopy. Each dog sport is fenced in with plenty of room for the public to enjoy vendors, sponsors and all activities with their dogs. Electricity is not available, quiet generators are acceptable. Important! If you are staying overnight at the park, there are no “ins & outs” after 8:30pm sharp daily, the gates will close! Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax. 

Set Up & Take Down Times


 Set Up Time: Friday (optional), 2pm to sundown.
Saturday 7:00am - 9:30am Sharp.
Take Down Time: Sunday, not before 4:30pm can stay longer.

Arrive early to unload your vehicle, park in designated
vendor parking area and return to set up.
Volunteers will be available to help you unload and load.
 

Waiver: I do hereby agree to waive, release and discharge any and all claims for or right to claim damages for any personal injury or property damage that may occur as a result of my participation in this activity. This release is intended to discharge in advance   the City of San Marcos, its subdivisions, officers, agents or employees, as well as all other sponsors or co-sponsors, from any and all liability that may arise out of my participation in this event on account of negligence or carelessness on the part of the City, its subdivisions, officers, agents or employees, sponsors and co-sponsors from all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of  the City, its subdivisions, officers, agents or employees, sponsors or co-sponsors.
